There is only one type of membership in The Association: General It is open to all men who are resident members of the Westlake Golf Club with unlimited golf privileges who share an interest in the purpose of the association. Please print and complete application below and submit to Pro Shop along with your check in the amount of $110.00, Payable to the Westlake Men's Golf Association, which is your dues for the year. AGE_______WHITE_______GOLD______ DUES: $110.00 PAYABLE TO: WESTLAKE MEN'S GOLF ASSOCIATION All dues payable one week prior to your first tournament. Players participating in a Wednesday morning WMGA shotgun start event must deliver their clubs at least one-half hour before the scheduled start. Bags may be left on carts, or dropped off, on Tuesday afternoon, however, this is at the players own risk. Westlake and LINX Golf Management cannot be held liable for any items missing or broken.
