Local Rules 2010 Season
Players will observe the lost ball rule which
allows three minutes or less to locate you ball. (Please play a provisional ball if your ball is likely to be a
wooded area.)
Concrete drainage areas on holes 2,7,11 are to be played as immovable obstructions. Proceed under
rule 24-2.
Drop areas are available on all par 3's and hole #15. The ball must be in the hazard to
allow you to use the drop area however it is the players option to use the area or to proceed under USGA rule 26.
All ponds are considered lateral water hazards. Once the flight of the ball crosses the hazard designation
and does not indisputedly exit the hazard(area designated by red dye) USGA rule
26-1 applies. If the ball is at rest outside the hazard designation but your stance is within the area
you MUST take full relief without penalty.
Out of bounds markers
are desiganted by white stakes. The road ways along holes nine and eighteen are out of bounds. The area on hole thirteen
between the pond and the woodline(desgniated by a white and red stake) is out of bounds. The ball must be reteed and
a one stroke penalty assesed.
Tree wells and Staked trees:
Play wood chips as loose impediments. Stakes
and wires are man made impediments and you are entitled to full relief.
